Fluting & Testliner
LLC "Nicol-Pack Mill" Originally produced cardboard now used for roofing materials The 2003 reconstruction of the company allowed to start production on board machine fluting and testliner.
In the period from September to December 2010. the company carried out a large-scale reconstruction of the cardboard and paper production, the project investment amounted to tens of millions of euros, the general contractor for the project is a Czech company Papcel. As a result, board machine modernized in modern high-speed carton-paper machine, capable of producing an expanded range of products with high quality indicators.
Reconstruction of paper machine wire section, installation of the second grid table it possible to start production of two-layer fluting and cardboard for flat layers of corrugated cardboard. Mounted pulp flow, providing the ability to use as raw material for paper machine pulp, thus, in addition to the two-layer test liner, an opportunity to issue a cardboard-type top-liner with white or cloudy-white top.
Products produced on the papermachine «FAMPA» trim width of 4.00 m and a capacity of 150,000 tons per year.
The plant produces:
- Fluting grades NP Fluting Luxe - (NP-FL), NP Fluting Standart - (NP-FS);
- Cardboard for flat layers of corrugated cardboard brand NP Fluting Standart- (NP-LS);
- Cardboard pulp surface layer NP Fluting Luxe - (NP-LL);
- Cardboard for flat layers Waterproof NP Liner standart V (NP FSv)
All products are available in different size and weight. In the manufacture of products in accordance with the requirements of national standards used in papermaking raw materials - waste paper of the highest quality.
