Production is carried out on modern European equipment by Pack ‘Industrie and Guschky & Toennesmann. The stability of the quality of products, and the efficiency of fulfilling consumer orders is ensured by the technological process of drying products in a drying chamber. Equipping production with a unique robotic and packaging technology provide:
- Automated stacking of products with formation into transport packages;
- Maximum loading of vehicles; - Safety of finished products during transport and handling operations;
- Reduction of warehouse space for storing products; - Reducing the time for loading and unloading operations;

In October 2011, another production site was launched in Novoulyanovsk for the production of cardboard cores LLC "Factory Nikol-Paсk" in Novoulyanovsk produces cardboard sleeves:
Inner diameter from 25 to 420 mm;
Wall thickness from 1 to 16 mm;
Long from 10 to 6000 mm
Consumer requirements for sleeves are provided by the quality category of sleeve manufacturing: A, B, C. Liners can be made with printing on their outer or inner surface.
Spiral-wound cardboard sleeves are used in various industries for winding roll materials, paper, cardboard, films, fabrics, floor coverings, etc., as well as in the production of consumer and transport containers for packing piece products.
